Wilwood safety wire question

I received by new brake kit from wilwood (ds504.pdf) for 140-9053. It seems they come with torx button cap bolts now that do not have provisions for safety wire. The instructions say to just use red loctite on all bolts (calipers, rotor to adapter, hub to adapter).

Did they do away with safety wire? Should I buy new bolts that have the provisions of safety wire?

FWIW my really old Wilwoods did not have safety wire bolts.

I am a big fan of safety wire for any critical components. Personally I would safety wire that stuff. Just make sure the bolts aren't anything special (like big shoulder, grade 9, or whatever) and replace with a drilled bolt. Another option is to drill the bolts yourself, but that is a pain with button heads.

I belive they have. The last "street" kit I did was not set up for safety wire at all and they recommended loctite and a torque spec. It has held of for 10,000 miles and a ton of autocross.

I like safety wire, if you are going to drive the car hard I would safety wire it.
