The shop putting the brakes in my car is having a hell of a time getting a firm pedal. The setup is the following:
- C5 front and rear
- Wilwood 1 1/8 aluminum Tandem MC
- OE replacement Power booster
- Willwood adjustable prop valve
The MC has been bench bleed, this is a competent shop but he is suggesting now to but 2 lb residual valves in the front and back lines. I've never heard of this and am wondering if this is a bandaid thing?I'll let them do it and hopefully its driveable this summer, but I'm wondering if long term I should re do the lines and put a smaller MC or hyrdoboost?
