ECU seems to be the E67 as in in the GMPP LS3 controller kit; http://www.jegs.com/i/Chevrolet+Performance/809/19258270/10002/-1 or http://paceperformance.com/i-6255503-19258270-gmpp-ls3-controller-kit-for-ls376-430-contains-pre-programmed-ecu-harness-sensors.html

Most advanced ECU GM is using with fastest processor speed. Completely tuneable with e.g. HP-tuners or EFI-live even when at a later stage you decide to go Forced Induction.

For OEM dependability, throw in one of these for pulleys:

or

Obviously you'll still need/want some other odds and ends, e.g. motor mount adapter plates, fuel system (pump, tank, filters, lines, regulator), headers (?), oilpan (?), etc.
