please help identify this setup

Hi,
I am getting ready to pull the 10 bolt out of my car, and replace it with a 12 bolt setup... Problem is I don't know what type of link setup this is, and the previous owner has not been any help remembering.

I want to find new mounts so I can have them put on the 12 bolt so it is a simple unbolt the old and bolt in the new...

Looking like a home made anti wheel hop link...doesn't look like anything stock????? I don't know. "Most" 67's had a no hop bar but it ran below the axle.
If the leaf mounts are ok just leaf it off ....he he errrrr yeah.
