Just wanted to intro myself. I've been looking in vain for a nice second-gen Camaro for awhile when a buddy calls me and asks if I want to buy this '69 that he's been sitting on for awhile.

Without further ado, here's "Project Idiotech" :D

It's a base model, no A/C manual brakes, manual steering, mono-leaf and 10 bolt. Big plus is it's a 4spd car and it started right up after 5 years of the road.

It's not my first resto-mod, but it is my first domestic resto-mod. For reference below is my last project. A 1978 Porsche 911SC that I turned into my version of a 1973 911RS.

Thanks everyone!

I did get started this weekend stripping the trunk lid and found there was a few small dents as well as some moderate surface rust where the spoiler was. Also found a couple small pinholes that I'll need to address. I'll start putting up pics in the main forum soon!
