I have a near complete AR-15/M4 that I was building. I have too many things going on, so really have no need for this project anymore. You do not have to go through a FFL dealer to purchase this package. It is all 100% legal.

The lower will require finish machining. It is only 80% complete. A drill press or mill is all you need to finish. The jig is included in this kit to take out the guess work. A CD will be provided as well containing all of the technicals on how to finish machining and how to properly assemble the rifle. You can purchase this kit and finish the rifle and be well under $1000.
