In the current issue of Lowrider Magazine is a 1994 Cadillac Fleetwod, owned by Rafael Millan.
It is stated that he has a business calles "Millan's Restoration" but unfortunately no email, website, phone# are available.
I like what he did with his interior and want him to give me a quote on his custom work.
Maybe one of you (local) guys know more?
