"bondo gone wild" you've seen the movie,
now you can own the car.

I think the guy who built that mustang, is working on a pontiac now;

Yeah, it's the diamond tuck interior that's outdated! It's just sad to me that someone will spend so much time, effort, and money to create something so ridiculously horrible. And don't say "to each his own", that thing is so ugly even that doesn't apply here.

That was the style back then and IMO, it isn't fair to the car or the original builder to judge something done 30+ years ago against today's standard.

Part of me wishes someone would restore it to its early 80's show condition. There aren't many examples left of this type of car and I feel they have their place in automotive / hot rodding history.

At the risk of sounding like a hypocrite though, I don't particularly care for it. ;)

Ugly and bad taste have always been applicable descriptions; the beholders have historically been unaware...

The condition of the roof makes me hope it is a coupe that was turned into a fatback but even then...

Agreed Shawn I don't like it , but as a kid I sure did. I remember all the indoor car shows of the late 70's early 80's and man did I think that was cool then.

Fix the top, spoiler, tail lights, headlights, front valance, and shackle covers and you might have something that's workable. The flares might work with the right stance and wheels.
