Vortech supercharger on 2012 mustang gt

Looks good, runs ok, we have used a power programmer to solve some of the drivability issues, stalling at slow speeds, surging at 40mph (automatic trans). Vortech says their programming is incomplete for the 2012, didnt tell our customer until after he purchased and had a shop in Tifton, GA install it. We are stumped as to where to turn for information. Who can tune this?

Looking back at this post I may have been a little off!!!Check your timing and fuel tables. Adjust them whilst driving till it operates correctly in all situations. A wideband A/F ratio gauge/logger will make the process less painful.
