I'm looking to build my own mandrel bent 3" custom exhaust.
Where is the best place to buy the pieces/parts. I will need plenty of U's, J's, straights and 45's and want to go stainless.
I like the Pypes Universal kit idea but don't want the polished...I also checked out classictube.com but they seem a little pricey to buy pieces individually...There has to be somewhere else?
Thanks!

Also use Woolf and SPD as well.

not sure if it cheaper but we order a "hotrod" kit from magnaflow. It has every shape you might need. you can also order other shapes if need be.

How is the quality? They are dirt cheap on their aluminum elbows as well. They still don't beat my guy on the stainless though.....but they are close.

Very nice. Nice smooth bends, no marks on the tubing. I've done almost every piece on my Cadillac with their stuff so far and very pleased.

Donny,
Are you talking about the local place you get your SS that is cheaper or will they send out?

Josh, for that kind of money I would go with globaltech. We get ours local by knowing the people for 30 years and showing up at the back door with frog pelts in a brown paper bag. They really aren't set up to ship.....or deal with the public for that matter.
The prices at global tech are VERY good. I will be buying aluminum from them next time. Thanks for posting that link Jim.

I haven't heard that one before! I can almost see the look of dismay on Kermit's face.
