hello everyone, my name is John i am new to the forum. i currently have a 1972 monte carlo that was pasted down to me from my uncle. i have been working on it for about 5 yrs now. i still have alot of work to do to her. below are the beginning pictures and the current pictures of her to this day. she currently has a 383 stroker with th350 trans. i am in the process of installing a 496 once i get back from my deployment.

sorry about some of the pictures, but here is what i have so far. let me know what you guys think. im saving up for Z06 disc brakes all around and the speedtech track suspension.

Nice progress. I looked at a couple of Monte Carlo's before I bought my Cutlass. I love the blue paint.

Thanks guys, i been doing alot of work on her. The paint job came out perfect, i had like four diff blues to pick from.

Nice first Gen Monte, It makes me wish I never sold my 72 Monte. My 70 Chevelle reminds me why every time I drive it though...lol Welcome and nice ride.
