First, I'm just curious what a ballpark cost is to have a pair of headers ceramic coated inside and out by JetHot.

Second, I'm curious what you all think is the best collector connection device. I don't want a conventional 3 bolt flange, I'm looking for a better connection method.

Not sure the answer for the 1st question but can add some input for the 2nd.

I have welded on the 2 bolt ball flange connector from flowmaster and now I have Dynatech headers with their 4 bolt connectors. Both work really well (don't leak) conpared to the standard 3. I did perfer the 2 bolt connector becuase it was a little more tucked up in the car compared to the 4 bolt and it was less bolts to undo with all my transmission issues I have had. overall I don't feel you could go wrong with either style

Contact JetHot direct. They are easy to talk to and will give you a quote quickly. I have found it is generally cheaper to buy the headers from them already done. Saves on shipping.

JetHot sells headers?

I have a set of DyanTech now and the 4 bolt coupling is better than a 3 bolt flange but I was interested in a turbocharger style clamp system. The DynaTech's hang a little lower than I would like.

JetHot sells headers?

That's what they told me the last time I talked to them. Send them an email.

The V-flange clamps work great. No gaskets, if they leak at all, I can't tell. If you don't have much clearance they could be a problem, they add 1/2" to the radius of the pipe.
