Does Anyone Know the Owner and Details of this Bad@$$ 3rd-Gen?

I found this Camaro online but there wasn't any information accompanying it. I would love to know more about it.

The license plate reads, "TRAKDAY" and the lettinging on the side of the car look like they are "ICC9".

Does anyone have more information on this sweet racecar 3rd-gen Camaro? Does it belong to a P-T.com member?

If it wasn't for Keith and the boys @ Ice Nine Customs it would just be a heavily modded track/street car, but they did a great job on the paint and body and I'm not ashamed to take it anywhere, mullet jokes withstanding.
