Has anyone run twin turbos on a stock LS2 engine? I have a 50K engine from my CTS-V that I installed in my 69 Firebird and I would like to go twin turbos. I know since the engine is stock and the compression is higher than it should for turbos Im limited with the amount of boost. I'm ok with adding 2-300HP for right now. I plan to go into the engine later? Any ideas or info?
Thanks

You should post this over at LS1tech or the turboforum I think that the static CR is gonna be too high to really do much with. You may be better off running a single turbo and saving the added headache of all the plumbing issues and cash and putting it into the internals. Its an AL block so you cant (safely) boost it a lot either. You may get away with it for a bit but then its not gonna be good after awhile.

A lot to research but Stock ls2 in my partof town are pushing 700rwhp for years.
I personally ran stock ls2 with single set up for two years...that's with 20+ drag runs, 4 one mile top speed runs and a few autoXs. Make sure it's tuned correctly, put good oil (syn) and keep eyes on maintenance as you'll build more under the hood, thus the reason to inspect vac hoses and belts...just all the stuff hot rodders do to keep their cars in the road.
Let us know if you go twins or single?
