If it is a real RT I owuld probably dive into it and fix it, assuming the pictures are showing the worst of the car it may be worth saving. You also have to ask yourself how much of this can I do myself and how much money do I have to spend to get it where you want it. Either way good luck.

Lower it, SLA front suspension with stiff springs in the front, 3 link in the back, 17x11's all the way around with clearance made by way of a sawzalling the fenders, get rid of any semblance of a interior thats left over, roll cage, Kirkey racing seat, weld the passanger door and lose the window glass, gut the doors, 628hp 7.2L late model Hemi stroker, and a M21 trans. BFH the body into some semblance of what it originally was, then get about 10 gallons of bondo and one day paint. Then race the hell out of it.

What would I do first?
Have my head checked!

I'm sure there a lot of people that could fix something like that and not break a sweat, but it is way beyond my skill set.

If you added all wheel drive to that, you are talking about my car! Except the 7.2L and bondo
Id spend the $1500 and get new quarter panels for that car and remove the boat anchor of an engine/trans in favor of something way lighter and better

Weld the doors shut, paint it orange, then go grab a beer at the Boar's Nest!

Strip it. Have it blasted. Replace the panels that would cost more in time and effort to straighten than they're worth. Flat black paint.
I'd sell off all the bits and bobbles that mopar guys go nuts over to help finance the rest of the project.
Go down to the local recycler, pick me up a late model injected hemi & trans.
Throw a 9" in the back.
Set a budget for the suspension, build it , then drive the snot out of it.

Seek therapy, insanity can be the start of so many levels of disappointment.
Next step is to find a pile of money to start the ability to finance such insanity.
Find the Mopar support group , you are going to need it a lot.
When done , enjoy it to the full amount of insanity you you can only achieve with a Mopar.

Potentially a super cool car, but I would have to take a long, hard look at all the sheetmetal and the frame first. You could end up replacing nearly every bit of steel on it, plus drivetrain, interior, paint, etc... Point is, you are probably looking at some serious coin to do that car justice. If you have it, great, go for it. If you're on a budget, you may want to move on to something less "aged".

I agree....X2 "serious coin, and a ton of cheddar" have a build plan in place, set a limit on how perfect you want it to be and add 2 years to the completion date. Maybe consider getting a good divorce lawyer and set up a cot in your garage, you will be living out there..

I'm sorry, is there an option other than restoring it, with a bit of this and that, and driving the balls off of it?

I'd raise the back end a little bit, 15x8" Cragars sticking out the sides, put some cherry bombs or glasspacks on it, a Kenwood with some 6x9s on the package tray, primer it, and put a giant hoodscoop on it. Then I'd grow a mullet and beat on that car like it owed me money.
Honestly, I'd sell it to someone with the resources to restore it properly.
