So I arrive at Le mans France for my playoff game and my team checks into the hotel room. Then out of nowhere I hear the familiar sound of American's voices. I look down and bam.. I see corvette racing. So I quickly put two and together formulating the idea that the 24hrs of Le mans was in 2 weeks and that they were probably the officially zr-1 racing team.
So I ask shyly, if they were who I thought they was. And surely enough, they were. So next thing I know my little curiosity had turned into a full blown conversations, with the team manager, to individual drivers and even the engineers. And of course I racked there brain asking them everything I ever imagined.
It was one awesome experience. So I give the Corvette Racing TEAM an official thumbs up and will say that if you ever see any body from that team, you should say hello. They are great people!!
