Looking for a fuel vent solution asap for my Vaporworx tank in my 69 Camaro. Car is going to be mainly street driven. Rick's Hot Rod recommended this >>>> http://www.fuelsafe.com/store/tpv6-in-line-pressure-relief-vent-valve.html (http://www.fuelsafe.com/store/tpv6-in-line-pressure-relief-vent-valve.html) . Has anyone used it? Would you recommend it, or does anyone have another suggestion? Thanks in advance.

That valve is awsome!!! but Holy crap they are proud of it $$$

I have been tossing around how to vent my vaporworxx tank too. I am using a 67/68 fuel fill conversion with the ridetech gas fill on my 69 camaro. It has a fuel vent port provision that I plan on using instead of the vent hole that comes on the vaporworx because it is much higher and should suffer less from fuel slosh.

I know that John Parsons II much fabrication has a cool solution too. Check out his thread in the new products forum.

Nice, but not cheap, or a simple install in a 69...

I am waiting for it to come out, but I need something now. I may also install a g-link later and I don't know where to place 2.5" hole to install the vent and not interfere with the g-link. Plus it's pricey, but we all know it will work.

Hey Rocket,
What Hostile said. I am thinking about using the vent solution that John Parsons is working on. It is a work in progress and should be out soon. There is a waiting list right now too. It is a more expensive option than the relief valve you listed but if you look at the construction of this system I think you would see why. I am just wanting a solution that works, no fumes, and no fuel slosh and this design seems to be the ticket. If you have any questions about it John will be more than willing to help or advise.

I am also extremely close to being able to start/drive the car and I am just looking for option in the event the release of John's vent get's delayed.

Guys, thanks for the support! Our first production run is now plated and will be back at the manufacturing center for final size verification (making sure the plating activity met the specified tolerances) by week's end. If all goes well, I expect to have those parts in my hands and be shipping the week of June 18th. I expect our second production run to begin early in June, and it should go more quickly, which means I should be able satisfy the entire waiting list by mid-July. It's not that far away!

Rocket,
I did not have room for John's vent on my particular build either.

Sorry you didnt get any new answers to your problem but I appreciate that valve you posted. It may be just the ticket for my car.
