Problem – soft pedal with vacuum boost.
The system consists of ‘98 Camaro 2 piston front calipers, and 13” Vett HD rotors.
Rear consists of ’90 Vett IRS rear with stock signal piston calipers and 11” rotors.
The master cylinder is a ’95 Vett, rebuilt. The vacuum booster is a’92 Camaro with adaptor for the Vette master cylinder.
Brake lines are all stock ’92 Camaro, with the Camaro proportional valve removed. The system has no leaks. I bench bleed the master, and used a mityvac brake bleeding vacuum pump. And pedal bleeding. I have a good solid pedal with no vacuum to the booster. When I start the car the pedal is soft and no real stopping power tell the bottom 1 1/2” of travel.
I am at a loss for fixes.

Why are the calipers mounted at the 11:30/12:30 positions? Have you tried rotating the caliper down to the 9:00 or 3:00 position so that the bleed screw is located at the top of the caliper piston bore, not the side? I'm guessing that you just have air trapped in the calipers...or I could be missing something.

I Agree, something looks funky witth the install. What are the braided lines for? The whole setup looks like air bubbles waiting to happen. Solid pedAL with no booster? I'd look at the bleed prcedure, you need to use the power assist to bleed. run the car and pump the brakes every other bleed cycle too.
