The Right Stuff signature series brake write-up?

Perhaps someone can help me out, I remember some one installing this kit and did a write up. I have searched and just cant find it.
The problem I have is I need to know if it is a pin or a bolt that goes here. Thanks.
We have a red straw stuck where we believe the bolt or pin goes.

These two have both posted up photos of installing the Right Stuff kit so I would probably ask them.
