DSE Koni Coilovers, How many turns to lower .5" ???

Aloha,
I have a '69 Camaro with the DSE coilover front suspension with Koni's.
I'm wanting to lower the front .5" more.

Does anyone out there have an idea how many turns of the spanner nut lowers ~ .5"
