does anyone know the biggest set of 18" wheels i can fit on my cutlass s, just kinda lookin to avoid blowing money on the wrong sizes. I was hoping to fit an 18"x 9 or 10 on the rear and an 18x7 on the front. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know how it relates to a cutlass but with a stock 10bolt BOP rearend on my 1970 GTO I just put 20x10s with 5.5BS and a 295/35/20. I had to remove about 1/2" of the rear fender lip and trim to allow for adequate clearence for the 1/8" loss once I put on rear disks and extra clearence from rearend movement. I think I'll be able to put the trim back on but I'm not sure yet. I should have pics posted shortly!
For me, 5.75 or 6 BS would have been more comfortable with the 20s.
Keep in mind I'm lowered quite a bit with Ridetech coilovers. Fender to ground is approx 24-25".

Those sizes will work with no problem. The most common wheel sizes will probably be 18x8 with 4.5bs and 18x10 with 5.75 bs. Assuming brake and suspension is all stock, there should be no issue on a GM A body of that year. A drum setup may make some difference in the rear? I'm waiting on spindles, but Jason fitted me with Rushforth Rated x 18x9f (5.25bs) and 19x10r(5.75bs) for my 72 Cutlass. My suspension is not stock, but I think your only concern shoud be brakes.
Someone can chime in if necessary...

I have 18*8 and 18*9.5 Boss 338s no issues front or rear. The fronts also include a Stg 2 SC&C kit.

Interested in what you went with...I am looking at wheel options also. I have seen 18/19 set ups here. Would a 345-335/30/19 work without issues on the rear or does the frame need work...

You will probably need at least and 11.5" wheel on the rear for a 335. I have to consider what type of backspacing(lip size) you want in the rear while also putting this together.
