We just released our latest line of radiator, for the late Chevrolet and GMC C10 & C20 pickups and for the Blazers, for 1973-1987 models! These are as thick as a four core radiator (we use dual 1" thick cores, for a total core thickness of 2"), and are as wide as the big-block radiators. Note that these will work with both the top-plate style mounts as well as the individual top mounts (one at each end). These are a direct fit with no cutting or welding to the original core support. We leave a little extra material on the upper tabs so you can file down slightly if necessary to provide a very tight fit with the original rubber mounts.
The unit shown was for a customer using a mechanical fan, but we will be building all future units with the fan shroud tabs built in. They also include a trans cooler unless you request to have it built without one. These are live on our site at http://www.rndfabrication.com/C10late.html. The discounted PT member price is $455 for the radiator, and $220 for the fan & shroud kit.
These can be built for stock motors, big blocks, engine swaps and LS motors (with both inlet and outlet on the passenger side, including the steam port).
