sway bar fitment help (has anyone tried this)

I have a chance to pick up a 36mm sway bar that I am being told came off a 3rd gen f-body(camaro). I would like to use this on my 74 X-body(Nova, Apollo, also should be same as 1st gen f-body), does anyone know if this will fit.

I also have a rack from a 4th gen F-body and am thinking about converting my subframe over to front steer with this rack.

Front sway bar no, rear one can be made to work.

brphotrods had a front steer conversion that used a simlar rack. Not sure they make it still.
