Hey all,
After doing research and checking I finally bought the stuff to drop my F Body 1 inch
hopefully it ships today.
to help calm my nerves can someone share a pic of there car that's dropped a inch from factory height??
also another thing that worries me is pinion angle, I am not sure how 1 inch will affect it.

thanks all

My 77 has a 2" drop and I love it. I can't imagine that 1" will make a lot of difference in your pinion angle but I know someone on here can give you a better answer. As for ride height, my car sat just about the same height as the saggy factory springs I took out. After about 500 miles or so it has settled in very well though and now looks good. I'm probably going to try and squeeze another inch out of mine but I'm already having clearance problems with the 3" exhaust.

well I thought 1 inch was enough cause i didn't want to fly across railroad tracks or some and rip the whole under side or the car out.

Are you lowering the front, rear or both?

I am lowering the rear

IIRC, the rear in all year F-Body's sits pretty high. I don't think a 1" will be too noticeable. Blocks would help, though.

I went with a inch to help take the Rake look out of the car
will find out when it all gets here.

do you think I should of gone more than a inch?
