When is this event...conflicting dates!

So the 2012 Calender of events that Larry posted (https://www.pro-touring.com/showthread.php?86502-2012-list-of-events) has RTTH at the end of September 28-30, 2012...but on the American Street Car Series web site (http://americanstreetcarseries.com/?page_id=21), the event is listed to be September 14-16, 2012. I'm trying to make my reservations, but I need to know which weekend. The 14-16th sounds really close to the Rod Run, so Im thinking 28-30 is right, but would love someone with knowlege to confirm.

" This year’s event will be held September 14-16, 2012. On Friday, we will hold our annual ‘Ride the Dragon’ cruise; those wanting to participate in the Driving School will do so at the Smokies Stadium, just as we did last year. On Saturday, we will have our autocross portion at Smokies Stadium, followed by a grill-n-chill at Bill’s house. On Sunday, we will be drag racing at Seymour’s 411 Drag Strip. "

FYI - This concert sold out in less than 2 days, so you will not be able to get tix from the box office. Your best best is a site like StubHub.

The Am Lemans series race at VIR is the same weekend as RTTH. That just sucks. One of the cars running the ALS ran the second fastest lap ever at VIR recently while testing. Less than 1.38. He was only .3 off the all time record set by a F1 car. But I will be in Tenn. that weekend. I never pass up a driving event to spectate.

yeah talked with Bill last night had to move event back to the Grand fall run weekend because of other conflicts..luckily i was able to move my vac around at work today..so will prolly come in wed and enjoy the grand run some..
