Has anyone bought a Turnkey Supply LS motor and can they share their thoughts on the engine?

They're ok engines. I put 12,000 miles on mine with a mix between street and track. It was a heads/cam LS2. It served me well, and was still running when I took it out of my car. If you're looking to make big power, or have specific parts you want, and more or less want an engine custom built to your specs, then you are far better off going elsewhere. If for example, you want a big cube LS built off a sleeved block, etc. then go to a real engine builder. If you want a relatively stock LS engine that you can drop into your car to go cruising around in, and have some fun with occasionally then Turn Key is an ok choice. Paul and Kolby are both good guys and offer good service and support.
If I were to buy an engine from them again I would not use their MEFI 4 ecm and wiring harness.

Well said! This is why we supply every one of our turn key engines with a custom-built Speartech harness and tuned ECM/TCM. Give it a MAF and a set of front O2 sensors (comes with every one of our packages), and let it drive & mileage like a factory production car. Did I mention that all of our engines also use forged parts and are hand-built in-house? :)
Let us know if we can help you out.
