I would like to know how much lowered hieght to expect going from stock coils(11" install/18.6 free)
to a 9.5 tall/5"wide spring upfront. Prolly at a 550lbs. Rate

I know it will help handling, I just don't know on stance

You must run a coil spring spacer with the 9.5 spring. It depends on how much you have them adjusted. You can go from stock height to slammed. I use to have a similar set up and used a 4 inch spring spacer that also had 4 inches of adjustable height. I trimmed down the non adjustable part to 1 inch plus the 4 inch of thread on the adjuster. With the adjuster half way up the thread the bottom of the crossmember of my car was 5 inches off the ground.

You don't need to get a 9.5" tall spring in the 5" width. They do have 5" springs in more reasonable free lengths
