I'm looking to get a Touring Classics kit, but I'll need to locate some drum spindles. Mine got lost in all the moving and when I put a disc kit on, it came with new spindles for the discs.
Also, I'd like to get zinc washed rotors for this kit to avoid some rusting if possible. Which rotors would I need? Are they stock sized C5 rotors? Or C4, kit depending?
For right now, I think I'll get the just the rear kit. If it fits my current wheels, and then wait till I can get new wheels and then get the front.
Thanks!

You can get the drum brake hubs from Rick's First Generation for $35 each. (Subject to availablity)

The complete Touring-Classics Kits come with rotors. I have their Hybrid kit for the front. It's a nice package. The Hybrid utilizes the C5 clipers with C4 rotors which have a taller hat offering more clearance and thus a wider selection of wheel choices.
I had my set of 4 rotors zinc washed for $70 at a local plating shop.
Keep in mind that if you get the wheels before you have the complete brake setup, front and rear, that you may run into wheel fit problems. The late Vette rotors have a shorter hat than a first gen camaro. Also, I measured a 1/2 inch narrower track width in front with the Hybrid setup using the stock drum hubs in comparison to the stock disks I was running. So, if you're sqeezing the fatest tires possible in front, that 1/4 inch per side may affect your tire fit.
Out back, I swapped stock drums for a complete 2000 LS1 setup. I measured about 1/4 inch increase in track width.

This is sort of off topic, but also on since it has to do with the Touring-classics rear 12" kit. I'm about to do this swap. Do you guys know if I'll have to turn down the rear axles at the stud pad similar to how the front hubs need to be turned? I was told they will need to be turned, but I haven't read this anywhere else...just seems strange that this is the first I've heard of it after reading on the swap in numerous articles for months now.
As for your question, rileys68camaro, Touring-classics hybrid c4/c5 kit uses the c4 rotor and their c5 kit uses, well... c5 everything. The rear kit should fit almost any 17"+ wheel if not all (don't quote me in it though) and I belive it uses the LS1 rotor. There is lotsa info right on their site www.touring-classics.com and don't hesitate to call and talk to Noel. He's a great guy and eager to help.
