Hey all. New to PT. I have a 1968 Camaro RS Convertible. I kept it mostly stock until I added Hotchkis subframe connectors... I don't do any true pro touring events but am working to make a fun driver that handles really well and is fun to drive. Since the subframe connectors I have replaced the front coil springs with the Hotchkis 2" drop and replaced all 4 of my old gas-a-just shocks with Bilstein (HPS 1000) shocks (wow, what a difference!).
Next up are sway bars and mono to multi leaf swap...
I look forward to contributing and learning on the site!

My 68 has the full Hotchkis TVS - That was the best money I've spent on my 68's suspension so far. I don't think you'll be disappointed with Hotchkis parts just be sure to stick with the same manufacturer because the parts are designed to work together. Mixing and matching can actually result in a suspension that works very poorly.

Thanks Geoff. That's what I have been told and plan to do... The less thinking I need to do the better as well!!!!

Welcome to the site Andrew..... car looks great as is!

The key word in that sentence is "can". It really is not a simple no-no to use multiple manufacturers for all of your suspension needs, but there is a simplicity to a "package" offered by manufacturers.
