I need someone to yell at me to get my ass in gear & actually do the P90X stuff that I have had for a while. LOL Never seems to be enough time in the day.

I have dine P90X three times. Just keep pushing play. I lost about 40 pounds on it. Diet is key. Protein is very important! For breakfast I use chocolate shakeology! Stuff is great! About 4 bucks a serving, but you can even make a pie with it. No fat and it feels you up. I have used it for two years. In doing Les Mills pump now to tone up and to change it up a little.

Oh and you need to make it part of your daily routine.. Workout the same time, everyday!
