Hello.
I am not sure what is going on, but I suspect it might be electrical. I know I do have an electrical drawl somewhere in my system that causes the battery to die after a few days of remaining parked.
I don't think that has anything to do with my new issue though. My car has started seeing an issue where I leave it parked for only a few moments, and it has an issue starting up. It acts like the battery is dead and won't turn over. However, if I pump the gas pedal rapidly, it will start to turn over and will eventually start. Very strange. It is a stock (for this post's purposes) 1979 Trans Am with the Pontiac 400 engine.
Any ideas?
