Has anyone smoothed the heater core box and still used the stock heater set up??

I was gonna use the billet specialties bulk head 66825 and try to fab a mount to hold the heater core under the dash

If you do that what are you going to use for a fan? Th eouter portion houses the blower motor and fan. Assuming it is on a camaro/nova

look at aftermarket jeep heaters, there small and fit under the dash

Yea it's a 68 camaro, rod any years that stand out to you for the jeep heater ??
