g body with panhard bar

hi there,i think my whole problem in the rear suspension are the rear upper ears that are not weld properly in the pumkin side.
my question is . can i run a panhard bar instead of the rear uppers arms?,will be induce suspension bind? or another issue?.
maybe its a crazy idea ,but i think its the only way to get rid of it.

You'll need to find a way to control axle rotation.

You are going to weld in a panard bar because your Rear axle housing is bad? A new axle housing is probably an easier fix.
