Widest front wheel on 68-72 Nova stock subframe?

Whats the widest wheel I can fit on a stock subframe nova with aftermarket suspension? Ive seen 10 inch wheels on the front of camaros but the reason I ask about the nova is because of the fact when you lower a nova the front tires become tucked a few inches behind the fender. Ive seen that ridetech truturn kit that allows a 10 inch wheel but i just want to make sure I can infact tuck a 10 inch wheel and 275 tire behind the fenders

I had the 48 hour camaro front wheels on my car, which are 18x10 with 5.75 BS with 275s and yes they fit, rubbed at full lock on frame and sway bar, i have there tru turn and sway bar,
