Unable to access Advertiser's Specials section

Is anyone else having issues accessing the Advertiser's Specials section? When I click on the link for it, my screen goes black and stays that way. This is in the address bar: https://www.pro-touring.com/forumdisplay.php?48-Advertisers-Specials-amp-Group-Purchases and in the tab on the menu bar it says "forumdisplay.pho (GIF Image, 1 x 1 p... and then I can't see anything else. I can access the most recent thread by clicking on the link to it to the right.
