Yes...it is. I saw that car at Carlisle, PA during a NastyZ28 gathering a few years back...awsome car.

i have always been a big fan of this car ,till i read in this topic he swapt the traditional injun power plant out for a ls engine . its a damm shame

Thanks guys I am glad you like the car. Jeff, you are correct, I was driving it about 80%, this was the first lap session on a very fresh built motor. My intentions were to get a couple laps in, get everything up to temperature pull in the pits, check for leaks, and inspect the oil filter. Then go back out and drive it harder. However when I pulled the filter apart the oil filter seal was torn and did not reseal and oil was leaking out of the filter. With no replacement seal my day was done. Motor ran great and there will be another track date in the future.

I can't tell you how much I love the car. I remember reading a long build thread somewhere a few years ago. Good thing you found the problem in when you did and not at speed.
