My 06 440 C.I. GTO

Whats up guys. I was told by a friend to check out this forums. Lots of info here and awesome cars. I wanted to share mine on here, hopefully in the near future after I hit my goal for 1/4 mile times i want to hit the road course. And this seems like one of the best forums to be a part of!

I have a 2006 GTO which i COMPLETELY overhauled. Complete drivetrain has been built to hold the power my 7.2 puts out. Here are some pix! And a video

Low 10s, And HOPING for a 9 sec pass after weight reduction is completed. Speaking of which my Fiberglass hood should be done any day now! These GTO's are heavy!

They said they were having trouble with the wiring/computer. Apparently, it underwent some form of swap that butchered everything electronic. They were trying to work it all out but don't have any updates.

Aw man, that happened to me once. in 2007 after putting 30k into the drivetrain. I had to get everything rewired by a master electrician. Nothing better than OEM. Unless someone with great experience and clean working habits does a standalone.

Nice driving, looks like you ran better than the Shelby too!
