rolled threads? I would prefer rolled threads over cut for saftey reasons. Most I have found so far are just cnc cut.

Mike, I assume this is for an aircraft, and I also assume you've allready looked in the usual aircraft suspects....so if they're not there, you'll have to have them made. Would a form tap do what you need? There's a lot more shops that can do form tapping than rolling threads.
