Cog belt help

[D1Camaro]

Hi All, I have an F1R with a cog. Ive had it on the car for two years. I took it off in the fall to rebuild it but i cant remember how tight the cog belt should be.
I'm getting a strange vibration at idle so I'm assuming its either too tight or to loose.
