Yup, I know its defunct but I got one of the last sets of lt1 rear brackets from Noel. The kit called for a 12" rotor. It was based off a lt1 camaro so I would assume that it would use an lt1 rotor. That's what I have hooked up. I just got looking at the rotors and it looks like there is room for at least another 1/4" or rotor to fit in that caliper so I measured and the rotor in there is only about 11.65". There's lots of pad left over. I looked at summit and there is no oem 12" rotor that I am aware of. Anyone know if I'm supposed to be using a different rotor here or is it just the way it is?
thanks

I think the LT1 rear corvette rotors are 12" and the camaro ones are 11.6". The calipers are the same though.

X2...I would assume that Noel was using the 12" C4 Corvette rear rotor, not the LT1 F-body.

Ah crap. Anybody know the difference in height. It might explain why I have such a stack of washers in there. I'm starting to hate my car.

Difference in height, like in hat distance between the 2 style rotors?

Ya. I've had to use all the washers Noel sent me in order to center the caliper over the rotor. See, I'm from Canada and shipping rotors from him would have cost about twice as much as the rotors were worth. I'll order some vette rotors in and see how they fit.

The C4 rear rotor is 12.01" diameter and has a 1.97" overall height versus 11.54" and 1.87" for the LT1 F-body rear rotor.

That would explain the gratuitous use of spacers. Thanks.

I just got an email from Noel. It was supposed to be vette rotors.
