Is that a GM adapter? Will it fit a 1969 Pontiac?
Is it paint I see on the leather/vinyl?

It was on my 69 Cutlass when I bought it, so it should bolt up.
The white specs in the picture come right off with my finger nail, not sure what it is. Should have cleaned it better before taking pics.

That being said, it may already be sold pending other guy sends payment.
