Anyone out there intimate with 68 Camaro seat construction?

I would like to add a headrest to my stock 68 Camaro seats. Do the stock non-headrest seats have the same frame and subcomponents as the headrest seats?

...or is it easier to go and buy used seats with the headrests then buy seat covers and re-cover?

I just recovered my new set of seats out of a 68 for my 67 and they DID NOT have the inner structure to support a headrest. However, with a little creative planning and execution, it can be done.
