I know this is not a pro-touring vehicle, but it is a great daily driver and my trusted 330Ci (with almost 80k miles) needs to find a new home. I custom ordered this titanium silver/grey leather coupe in late 2000 from BMW of Mountain View with the following options:
- Sport Package
- Premium Package
- Xenon headlights
- Harman/Kardon stereo
- 5-speed manual transmission
- Power front seats with driver side memory
- OEM Alarm

The car was dealer-maintained during its first 4 years and since that time has been cared for by a local independent. In April 2001, I had the steering rack retrofit performed at BMW of Mountain View (formerly Allison BWM).
The car remained mostly stock until around 40,000 miles when I added the following:
- Eibach Pro-Kit
- Koni Yellow shocks
- M3 rear-shock mounts
- 19" x 8.5" authentic BBS CH wheels with 235/35/19 Michelin PS2 tires
- OEM Clear corners
- Paint-matched front bumper reflectors
- Replica M3 rear deck spoiler
- OEM M3 steering wheel with black stitching
- OEM Homelink

All maintenance items have been performed according to factory requirements and I have performed oil changes at every 3,000 miles religiously. While the car has been generally bullet-proof, I have had to perform the following repairs in the last 20,000 miles (that are consistent with any E46 with this mileage) in addition to the standard maintenance items:
- Replaced the front control arms and bushings
- Replaced the final stage resistor
- Replaced all rotors and pads
- Replaced the oil-level sensor
- Replaced the valve cover gasket

Unless specified, all pieces have been replaced using OEM parts. The car consistently gets me 21 MPG and does not leak any fluids. Cosmetically, the car is in fantastic shape, especially given the age. I've included photos of all of the blemishes (there's a slight scuff on both bumpers and one of the wheels has a light portion of curb rash). I'll let the photos do the talking.

Unfortunately, in 2006 I was hit from behind while stopped. The car was repaired by Costelli and Pardini's, a BMW Certified Collision Center, in San Mateo, CA. This is the only shop that Peter Pan BMW uses and they are the best collision shop in the area. The other driver's insurance would not pay their rates, so I paid out of pock to make up the difference to ensure this car was fixed correctly. I am so glad I did because the car looks, drives, and behaves as it did from the factory post-repair. I don't want the new owner to have any surprises about the car, so I encourage anyone who is interested in the car to look up the ****** (this is the only incident that will show up) and I'm happy to supply photos of the resulting damage and repairs. The car has a clean Ca title and the registration is paid up until October.

If you are looking for a low-mileage, enthusiast-owned, daily driver - this is an excellent example that needs nothing. It has been garaged and hand washed its entire life and is ready for a new owner. I am asking $11,000 or best offer. I do have all of the OEM parts and will be happy to discuss the purchase of some or all of those parts with the new owner.

The best way to contact me is via PM or email at [email protected]. Please know that I am not in a rush to sell the car (it is sitting securely in my garage), but will entertain all serious offers. Please feel free to ask any questions about the car - I'm happy to answer them for any prospective buyer.

Gorgeous E46, really clean too! If it was a really really low mileage E46 M3 I'd consider it. GLWS it should move pretty quick. Might want to try posting here as well http://forum.e46fanatics.com/

Man that's a hell of a price. If I had the money, I'd buy this in a heartbeat. :(

Thanks DarkoNova. I love the car, but it is just not practical for me any longer. I know it will make the next owner very happy.
