MATS Las Vegas 2012

Hey everyone MATS is right around the corner and this year it is open to all muscle cars, including Ford, Dodge and Chevrolet. The drag strip will have a “Pony Car Wars” shootout, and anyone who pays for a car show entry can make unlimited runs on the Autocross course run by Hotchkis. H-Team members will also be giving ride a longs in their awesome cars on the Autocross. There will also be a live band putting on a concert for everyone to enjoy. Fun for the whole family.

Man, why are most of the events on the other side of the country... Sounds like so much fun.

This is a must-do event if you've got a Mopar. I put over 200 miles on the Hotchkis Challenger E-Max giving about 300 rides on the Autocross course over a 2-1/2 day period.

Night drags, fun parties, really cool cars that you rarely see, and really nice folks too ...

I think some of the Camaro5 So Cal Race Team will be there for the Autocross since it's open to all muscle cars....sounds like a blast...

C'mon down, Rodney. I've been twice and each time I've come home, I've told Dave what he missed out on. This year, he's coming too.

You'll get a gazillion Autocross runs and get to play on the drag strip. Plus party and cruise. Lots happening this weekend.
