If you read the last section, he explains and suggest he has had so many questions sent to him about the car that he just doesn't have time to ask all of them. Then he says as far as he knows, it is street legal except for the noise issue. Surely, no one emailed and asked him that question. Why would you want to even try and drive that on the street? Might have more than noise issues the first time you roasted a minivan leaving a stop light :drive2: . Other than running it on the salt flats or exibition runs at a dragstrip, I can not imagine why you would even want such a creature :dunno: . I guess the old addage is true, there is a seat for every butt.

some people build straaange stuff.
BTW, since you asked, I'd never consider a Toyota as "pro-touring" haha.

Haha, that's the EXACT story I was getting ready to mention until I read your post.
For those that don't know, one of the... unique, toys that Jay Leno has is a motorcycle powered by a Bell Jet Ranger jet engine. Supposedly (at least according to the magazine article I read) some weenie was tailgating him at a stoplight, so he opened the throttle a little and melted a hole in the guys' front bumper. :smoke:

Up until two weeks ago, I was a jet engine machanic in the USAF. I'm sure you can imagine how bad I want one. LOL :seizure: :seizure:
