Hello to all of you. My name is Tom Trainor . I have to say that I am amazed at the quality of cars you all have built here.I have been a long time member over on Steves Nova forums. No way am trying to pass my car off as a true "pro touring " car. But I am constantly trying to improve on it in all aspects of building it as i enjoy driving it. I have done alot of work on it and and just this past week took delivery of the new Boze Injected wheels. A little about me.. I have grown up around cars all my life as my dad restored classic chevys and was know in the classic car world as mister classic chevy. He was the technical advisor for classic chevy international for many years until his passing a few years ago. I have always had a soft spot for early 1st and 2nd gen Novas and this being my first 2nd gen. Anyway heres a few shots of my car as it is now with many future upgrades first of witch is cpp big brake kit and interior upgrades. including custom seats and door panels Not sure if my junk is worthy of even being in thise forums with such awesome rides but hope to accepted into your tight community. Look forward to learning alot from you guys .56252 562535625456255

welcome to the site, and that is a great looking Nova! And definitely PT style cues. What's the suspension like underneath?

Hi Tom, and welcome! I'm a big fan of 66-67 Novas, and yours looks great. Tell us about the front suspension... 'cuz it sure isn't stock.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! The front suspension is from TCI with front sway bar and disc brakes. nothin really special. Rear is actually stock mono leaf with 3:73 posi. As i said in my introduction above my not so future plans include cpp's big brake kit front and back and going to coil overs. I really like how it sits now. My daily driver is my CTS-V Heres a pic of it. Its probably more of a "pro tourer" than the Nova HeHeHe! Its has a few mods done to it as well to make it a little more fun!
