Hey everyone! Name is Brandon, Im 22. Live in Northern California. Finally stepped away from my 1971 FJ40 and now purchased a 1968 firebird. Too much i want to do it and so many questions to ask! I have a long list of what I want to do to it with my dad as a team. 55656556575565855659

Well you aren't the youngest, I am 20 years old. Your car is a much better starting point. I haven't done a car introduction as mine is in the basic sheetmetal repair. Great to know others have an interest at a younger age as well.

Definitely not the youngest. Check out Saminator and his Fantastic 4-door...Sam's the youngest I think. Welcome to Pro-Touring!

Welcome.
Beautiful bird, good luck with your project. It would have been difficult for me to walk away from the FJ though:(
Had one "back in the day." Am getting rid of my FJ62, and am looking for another 40.

Any pics of the old 40?

thank you all! Im glad there are others around my age to help continue the tradition. So many things i need to do: Lowering kits, disc brake conversions, TBI swap, painless wiring harness, stereo, then paint. my first classic V8 compared to the fj40 or the vw beachbus but im having a blast stripping it down.
Im still figuring out this site since im sure many people have repeated posts over and over again with FAQ.
I got pics of the fj40 somewhere ill put them up when i can.
