1968 camaro grill size???

I know this sounds crazy, but I need the height & length of a 1968 rs grill if anyone can help me. I am thinking of grafting one into a 1968 chey truck grill to make a SS version if possible. I know it's not long enough but I think I can fix that part. Thanks for your help

If utilizing the trim around it also, it's 8.5" x 59.25" +/-
