MPFI Fuel Rails

I recently purchased a holley MPFI manifold http://www.holley.com/9901-107.asp for my project off ebay. I however did not get the fuel rails with it http://www.holley.com/9900-172.asp. Trying to save a few bucks I purchased a set of LT1 rails and injectors cheap. I can make the rails attach to the manifold but the injector ports in the rails are not perfectly centered over the ports in the manifold. They are maybe an 1/8th inch off they look like they are sealing correctly. I can make the cross over hoses. Will they work with this misalignment or do I need to purchase the correct ones. Thanks
