Finally a drag racing video where both the the involved seemed cool. Its pretty well known that no 2 GTR's make the same amount of horsepower on the same day, and that they Veyron is grossly overrated.

I don't know... 10.1 with a 60' in the 1.6s on street tires by a guy who has never drag raced before doesn't seem grossly overrated.

I would have like to see him going through tech.... I can imagine the conversation... " you do it.... No you do it.... I ain't touching that thing....". lol

"Launch control" takes down yet another driver. Even Tanner Foust was taken down by launch control in a car on the show Top Gear. Was the car a Z06? I don't remember, but he got nailed by it also. What good is a "control" if no one knows how to use it?

My wife and I were at the track that night. We got there right when the Veyron was completing his last lap on the road course. I was like damn that guys got some balls. It was a cool Florida night so I told my wife to stand by the car to warm up, That thing was putting off some heat.Then I snapped a pic. She is about 7 month pregnant and made me promise never to show anyone the picture. :fingersx:
I had just gone to the Kart track when they went to the drag strip, oh well. Karts were fun.
But that car is something else, pictures do it no justice. And extra cool points for it actually coming right off the track.
